Hi! I’m Peiying. I’ve spent the past decade in digital marketing leading teams in an agency environment and in-house, working with a wide range of clients along the way. I now work independently with businesses, helping them with various channels.
I keep my team intentionally small so I can stay close to the work and partner with founders. When a project calls for additional expertise, I bring in trusted collaborators who fit your billing structure.

I’ve built custom solutions for VC-backed brands and for self-funded teams. The work isn’t the same at every price point—there are always tradeoffs. My job is to meet you where you are and recommend what actually makes sense for your business, not a generic roadmap or bloated scope.
That means I won’t sell or build things that don’t have a clear path to impact. I’m known to push back on work that looks impressive but doesn’t deliver real results, and refocusing effort (and spend) where it counts.

As someone who started their career as a UX/UI designer and front-end developer, I believe everything starts with the customer. Knowing your customer's pain points and understanding how they move across channels makes it easier to connect messaging, prioritize efforts, and create a cohesive multi-touch journey.
Over the last few years, I’ve built expertise in CRO and CRM, as well as hands-on experience across creative, social, and paid media. That mix of technical and marketing experience allows me to collaborate seamlessly with developers, marketers, creatives, and other stakeholders, because I’ve been in their shoes and understand what each channel needs to operate effectively.
