To support ongoing optimization, I audited and improved analytics tracking across platforms to ensure accurate, end-to-end data—from landing page click to CRM submission.
I worked closely with Erie’s in-house team to make sure lead data flowed seamlessly through forms, into their CRM, and back to the agency for better campaign insights. With a stronger tracking foundation, Erie Home was able to scale ad performance while keeping acquisition costs efficient.
