Saie Beauty offers clean makeup that looks as good as it feels. Since their launch in 2019, the focus equally on high-performance formulas, sustainable packaging and practices, and clean, good-for-you ingredients.
Challenge
I started working with Saie Beauty when they launched in 2019 when they signed a contract with Superbolt Agency to manage their website. Since then, we've helped them adapt their site in the following 5+ years since their launch to support their growth. Throughout the years, this has included solving for an expanding product line that now includes 100+ SKUs, the challenge of increasing AOV and reducing customer returns and increasing conversions and platform updates.
Approach
Depending on the projects, we worked closely with their internal marketing team, the marketing team at Superbolt Agency, their customer service teams and fulfillment teams to understand each team's needs and goals to provide and build custom solutions to meet their needs.
Results

Since their launch in 2019, we have gone through iterations of their Shopify store, some highlights include:
Updated their product pages to support 40+ shade selection
A custom-built Shade Finder tool that provides recommended shades and saves the preferences across the site
Built a bundling system that allows the Saie team to create custom bundles without duplicate SKUs, or bundle SKUs, minimizing the number of SKUs their operations team needs to manage
Updated the collection page to help customers find products that are more relevant to them
Throughout to the years, this has resulted in:
